Cream Cheese Frosting



Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese (softened)
1 stick of butter, softened (1/2 cup)
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1. Cream the cream cheese and the butter together with an electric mixer,  until fluffy.  
2 . Slowly add in the sugar until well incorporated.  
3. Add the vanilla.
