Any Fruit Smoothies

                                  



                          Ingredients:
                 1 c. fresh fruit of your choice
                     1/2 blender full of milk
                        1 c. vanilla yogurt

                                   Directions:
               Blend until well blended, enjoy!

  1. These are Great!! With some fruit you may want to add a little more of it to add more flavor. Yummy and better for you than using ice cream!
