Cavatini

                                                

Cavatini Pasta Recipe


Ingredients: 
3 cups uncooked pasta, varied shapes
1 (4 ounce) package sliced Pepperoni (cut in quarters)
1 1/2 Pounds of Italian sausage, sliced
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives
3/4 cup diced green peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce 
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (I always use more cheese)

Directions:
1. In a large saucepan cook pastas. 

2. Boil until tender; drain. 

3. Meanwhile, put remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese, in a large bowl and mix well. 

4. Add cooked pasta; mix well. 

5. Place in a large casserole. 

6. Bake covered with foil at 350* for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 

7. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. 

8. Return to oven until cheese melts.
