Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 flour tortillas (10 inches in diameter)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Stir together butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3. Brush tortillas with butter mixture, and cut each into 8 wedges.
4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet
5. Bake until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
6. Let chips cool on a wire rack before serving.
