Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 (10 1/4 ounce) can of potato soup (undiluted)
2 (8 ounce) cartons of sour cream
2 cups (8 ounce) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Mix and put in greased 13*9 inch baking dish. Bake 350* for 40 minutes.
